Usage Dashboard

Audience: Owners, admins, and anyone with billing permissions who needs to understand where credits are going.

Overview

Usage (/usage) is in the account menu under Billing & Usage. It gives a detailed breakdown of your credit consumption by website and by service. Viewing it requires the manage billing permission, so team members without that permission will not see the page.

Summary cards

CardWhat it shows
Total Credits UsedCredits consumed in the selected period.
Active WebsitesHow many websites consumed credits.
Services UsedHow many different service types were charged.
Avg Daily UsageAverage credits per day over the period.

Use the date-range filter to switch between the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time.

Breakdown tabs

  • By Website — credits and transaction counts per website, expandable into the services each website used. Best for agencies allocating cost to clients.
  • By Service — credits per service type (article generation, optimisation, social, outreach, scans, and so on) with average cost per run.
  • Trends — daily consumption over time, useful for spotting a spike caused by a bulk run or a new automation.

Balances live on the Billing page

Usage shows consumption; Billing (/billing) shows what you have left:

  • Available credits — your current balance, minus any reserved credits.
  • Monthly vs. rollover — the allowance from your plan versus credits carried over or purchased.
  • Reserved credits — credits held for jobs that are queued or running, so they cannot be spent twice.
  • Total used and monthly usage — lifetime consumption and consumption in the current billing cycle.
  • Transactions — this month or full history, with the option to buy credits or enable auto top-up.

The website limit indicator on the same page shows how many of your plan’s website slots are in use.

Plan limits and daily caps

Your plan sets the monthly credit allowance, the number of websites, and the maximum number of articles automation may publish per day. Autopilot channels have their own daily cap (5 per channel by default) so automated actions cannot drain a balance overnight.

Add-ons

When your plan is eligible, the Billing page shows a Feature Add-Ons section for extending a plan without a full tier upgrade. Add-ons include Social Media Suite, Email Marketing, Outreach Suite, Extra Outreach Mailbox, Priority Processing, Extra Website Slot, Priority Support, White-Label Branding, and Daily AI Scans.

Daily AI Scans tracks a website every business day instead of weekly across AI search engines. Each unit covers one website and units stack, so buy as many as you have sites to monitor daily. Daily cadence is included on Enterprise; Pro, Business, and Agency plans can add it.

Tips

  1. Check the By Service tab first when usage jumps — it usually points straight at the automation responsible.
  2. Set up auto top-up if you run bulk generation, so jobs are not blocked mid-run by an empty balance.
  3. Compare 7-day and 30-day ranges to tell a one-off spike from a new baseline.
  4. If a job seems to hold credits you have not spent, check reserved credits on the Billing page — they are released when the job finishes.
