Social Hub, Schedule & Auto-Reply
How to create, schedule, and publish social posts in ScaleBlogger, publish to multiple accounts per platform, and review AI-drafted auto-replies.
Social Hub, Schedule & Auto-Reply
Everything social lives under Engage & Promote → Social in the sidebar: Inbox, Hub, Schedule, Calendar, Auto-Reply, and Analytics. Social accounts are connected on the Social Connections page (/social/connections). Social settings are per website, so pick the right website in the website switcher before you start.
Creating a post
From the Social Hub (/social/hub) click Create Post to open the composer at /social/hub/create. In one pass you can:
- Select several platforms at once and generate AI copy tailored to each one.
- Pick a format per platform (single post, thread, carousel, story, reel, short or long video, and more), or choose All formats to expand into every format that platform supports.
- Set a quantity per platform, preview and edit every variant before anything is queued.
- Attach media from the media library, generated images, or stock clips; images shared from elsewhere in ScaleBlogger open the composer pre-filled.
You need the Schedule social posts team permission to create or queue posts, and the Manage social inbox permission to open the Hub and Inbox.
Supported platforms
Fully supported: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok. Medium and Reddit appear in the interface but are marked coming soon and stay disabled.
Multi-account publishing
A single platform connection can point at several destinations — LinkedIn personal profiles and company pages, Facebook pages, Pinterest boards, YouTube channels. Each destination is stored as its own mapping, and the composer lists the active targets for every selected platform before you publish. When you queue a post, one queue entry is created per active mapping, so a post to a platform with two connected pages is published to both. Use the Select Page / Change Page and board or channel pickers on the Connections page to choose destinations, and the per-connection Auto-publish switch to control whether that account publishes automatically.
Scheduling
- Publish immediately, or schedule for a specific date and time. Times use the timezone configured on the website, not your browser.
- When you generate several posts at once, a spread option staggers them across the same day, one week, two weeks, or one month instead of firing them all together.
- Social → Schedule (
/social/schedule) shows only social items on the content calendar, so you can see what is queued for the coming days. - In the Hub’s Calendar view you can drag a post to another day to reschedule it; in the card and list views you can edit a pending post’s date and time directly.
Working in the Hub
The Hub has three layouts — cards, list, and calendar — and filters by status (all, published, scheduled, pending, failed, each with a live count), platform, and time window (today, this week, month, year, or a custom range applied to the created, scheduled, or published date). You can also search post text and sort by creation, scheduled, or published date. The feed updates in real time as posts move through the queue, and loads more results as you scroll.
Failed posts can be retried individually, or in bulk with Reschedule failed, which spreads every failed post over a number of days you choose.
Auto-Reply (engagement)
Social → Auto-Reply (/social/engagement) is the review inbox for AI-drafted replies to comments and mentions on your own posts. It is off by default. Turn it on in the Engagement & auto-reply card on the Social Calendar page, where you can also set:
- Minimum relevance (0–100) a comment must score before a reply is drafted
- Daily reply cap and monthly credit cap (0 means no cap)
- Escalate negative comments, which skips drafting on negative sentiment and leaves it to a human
- Which connected platforms to reply on, and an FTC-style disclosure string appended to promotional replies
Every draft passes through the brand-safety gate before it reaches you. Drafts you can act on are Awaiting approval and Held by safety; from there each item can be Approved & posted, edited then approved, regenerated, or dismissed. Nothing is ever published without a human click — fully autonomous replying stays disabled for platform-compliance reasons. Replies are posted through the same connected account on X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Content calendar integration
The Social Calendar plans occasion-driven posts (holidays, awareness days, and industry dates for your countries and niches) and drops the generated posts into the same social queue you see in the Hub and Schedule views, so calendar-generated and manually created posts are managed side by side.
Plans
Social Hub and Social Scheduling are available on Pro and higher.
