Outreach Contacts & Social Profiles
Outreach → Contacts is where the people you want to reach live. Each contact usually belongs to an account (the company or website you are targeting) and can carry an email address, job title, phone number, LinkedIn URL, and a set of social profiles discovered during enrichment.
Contacts are scoped to a website
Outreach data is isolated per website, not per workspace. Pick a website in the sidebar first — contacts, accounts, imports, sequences, and mailboxes all follow that selection, so the same workspace can run completely separate outreach programs for different sites. If no website is selected, the Contacts page prompts you to choose one before it loads any data.
Contact fields and statuses
Every contact has a status that controls whether it can be sent to:

You can filter the list by search text, status, and account, then select several contacts and use Enroll selected to add them to a sequence in bulk. Clearing a filter also clears the selection so a bulk action only ever applies to the contacts you can see.
Social profiles
Social profiles are stored on the contact as a { platform: url } map. Supported platforms are X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, GitHub, GitLab, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitch, Telegram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Medium, Substack, Calendly, Linktree, Patreon, Ko-fi, and Discord.
In the contact dialog you can add a profile by picking a platform and pasting either a full URL or a bare handle. ScaleBlogger normalizes both into one canonical URL, so @jane, twitter.com/jane, and https://x.com/jane all end up stored as https://x.com/jane. Navigation and utility paths (for example /login, /explore, or /search) are recognised and discarded instead of being saved as a bogus handle.
How profiles get discovered automatically
Enrichment runs as a waterfall and stops filling a field once it has a value:
- Apollo person enrichment
- Hunter reverse-email lookup
- Clearbit person enrichment
- Web crawler — ScaleBlogger reads the account's pages, collects every social link it finds, and ranks candidates by how well the URL matches the contact's name
Whatever each provider returns is normalized and merged into the existing map, so manually entered profiles are kept and only missing platforms are filled in.
Bulk import
Use Outreach → Imports to load contacts from a CSV, a pasted table, or the API. Headers are matched fuzzily, so columns such as Company Name, Job Title, LinkedIn URL, Employee Count, and per-platform columns like Twitter URL, IG handle, or github map onto the right fields without manual configuration. You can also supply an explicit column mapping.
Each import shows its row count, processed count, and error count, and the detail dialog previews individual rows. Once rows have been turned into contacts, the same dialog lets you enroll every imported contact into a sequence in one action.
