Media Library

Browse, filter, download, and reuse every image, PDF carousel, and video ScaleBlogger has generated for your website.

Media Library

The Media Library (Content Studio → Media Library) is a single gallery of every visual asset ScaleBlogger has produced for the website you currently have selected. Use it to review images, carousels, and videos, download or copy their URLs, and reuse them in social posts.

What appears in the library

The library indexes assets that ScaleBlogger generated for you — there is no separate upload step inside the library itself. Three kinds of assets are collected:

  • Images created during article generation: featured images, YouTube thumbnails, infographics, diagrams, charts, and inline visuals.
  • PDF carousels produced by LinkedIn carousel jobs, shown with the first slide as a thumbnail and a slide count.
  • Videos produced by video generation jobs, shown with their duration and render status (pending, rendering, completed, or failed).

Everything is scoped to the website selected in the workspace switcher. If no website is selected the page asks you to choose one first.

Finding an asset

  • Search — matches alt text for images, the caption for PDF carousels, and the script text for videos.
  • Asset type — All, Featured Image, YouTube Thumbnail, Infographic, Diagram, Chart, Inline Visual, PDF Carousel, or Video.
  • Date range — all time, last 7, 30, or 90 days.
  • Sort — newest, oldest, largest, or smallest file size.

Results load 24 at a time; use Load More to page through older assets, and Refresh to re-query after new content finishes generating.

Working with an asset

Hover a card (or open the preview) to:

  • Download the file.
  • Copy URL to the clipboard for use in an external tool or CMS.
  • Share to Social — opens the Social Hub with the image already attached to a new post.
  • Open the original file in a new browser tab.

Clicking a card opens the preview modal, which also shows the asset dimensions, file size, creation date, and the article draft the asset was generated for.

Reusing media elsewhere

When you compose a social post — in Create Social Post or when editing an existing post — choose Select from Media Library to pick any asset from the same gallery, with the same search and paging. You can also upload your own image directly in the social composer; those direct uploads are attached to that post rather than added to the generated-asset library.

Troubleshooting

  • Library is empty — confirm the correct website is selected and that content with visuals has finished generating for it.
  • A video is missing or greyed out — videos appear as soon as the render job exists; a pending, rendering, or failed job has no downloadable file yet.
  • An asset you expected is filtered out — clear the asset-type and date-range filters, since the badge next to the filter button shows how many are active.
