Navigating the ScaleBlogger Dashboard

Your dashboard is the command center for all your content operations. Here's a complete guide to finding your way around.

Main Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you'll see the main dashboard with:

• Quick Stats: Articles published, AI credits used, website traffic
• Recent Activity: Your latest published and draft articles
• Action Cards: Quick links to common tasks
• Notifications: System alerts and updates

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar contains all main sections:

Your home base with stats and quick actions.

📝 Content Pipeline

View and manage all your articles in one place. Filter by status: Draft, In Progress, Ready, Published.

✏️ Article Editor

Create new articles or edit existing ones. Access the AI writing assistant here.

🎯 Topic Clusters

Organize your content strategy with topic clusters and pillar pages.

🔗 Connections

Manage your CMS integrations (WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, etc.).

⚙️ Settings

Account settings, billing, team members, and preferences.

Quick Actions and Shortcuts

• Ctrl/Cmd + N: Create new article
• Ctrl/Cmd + S: Save current work
• Ctrl/Cmd + P: Preview article
• Ctrl/Cmd + /: Open keyboard shortcuts

Switching Between Websites

If you manage multiple websites:

1. Click the website name in the top-left corner
2. Select a different website from the dropdown
3. The dashboard will refresh with that site's data

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

• Tap the hamburger menu (☰) to open the sidebar
• Swipe left to close the sidebar
• All features are accessible, with a mobile-optimized layout

Finding Help

Need assistance while using the dashboard?

• Help icon (?): Located in the bottom-right corner
• Search: Use Ctrl/Cmd + K to search for features
• Tooltips: Hover over icons for explanations

Customizing Your View

• Dark Mode: Toggle in Settings → Appearance
