Plan and reschedule articles on the content calendar, plan occasions on the social calendar, and manage the publishing queue from the Social Hub.

Scheduling Content on the Calendar

ScaleBlogger has two complementary calendars: the content calendar for articles and the social calendar for occasion-driven social posts. Both feed the same publishing queues.

Content calendar

Open Create → Plan → Calendar (/content-studio/calendar). It shows planned, draft, assigned, scheduled and published items for the selected website — including social posts scheduled from the same site — so you can see the whole publishing plan in one grid. Editorial plans are shown alongside individual items.

  • Drag an item to a different day to reschedule it; the change is written straight back to the calendar entry or the queued post.
  • Use the reschedule dialog for a specific date and time.
  • Approved briefs that have no slot yet can be scheduled automatically, stuck entries can be re-dated, and future entries can be rebalanced across your publishing cadence.
  • Statuses reflect the live state of the underlying draft, so an item shows "Ready to Write", scheduled or published based on the draft itself rather than a stale calendar record.

Social calendar

Engage & Promote → Social → Calendar (/social/calendar) plans around occasions: holidays, awareness days, commerce dates, cultural moments and industry days for your countries and niches, plus any custom or imported dates. ScaleBlogger proposes entries with a post angle for the horizon you choose, and — once approved — generates platform-tailored posts that flow through the standard queue and brand-safety gate. Entry statuses are proposed, approved, scheduled, generated, published, dismissed and skipped.

Queue management

Scheduled social posts live in the posting queue and appear in the Social Hub, where you can filter by status and time window, reschedule failed posts and repost content. Article publishing follows the pipeline: a scheduled draft is published to the connected CMS at its slot.

Approvals

If approval workflows are enabled for your workspace, article drafts and social posts can require sign-off before their scheduled slot; pending items appear on the Approvals screen and are published once approved.
