Facebook Pages Integration

Connect your Facebook Pages to share content automatically and manage engagement.

Requirements

  • Facebook account with admin access to target Pages
  • Pages must be published (not unpublished or in draft)
  • Business verification may be required for some features

Connection Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect next to Facebook
  3. Log in to Facebook if prompted
  4. Select the Pages you want to connect
  5. Grant the requested permissions
  6. Return to ScaleBlogger

Required Permissions

ScaleBlogger requests:

  • pages_show_list - See your Pages
  • pages_read_engagement - Read comments and reactions
  • pages_manage_posts - Create and manage posts
  • pages_manage_engagement - Reply to comments

  • View comments on posts

Page Selection

If you manage multiple Pages:

  1. Go to Settings > Social Media
  2. Select your connected Facebook account
  3. Choose which Pages to activate for automation
  4. Configure settings per Page if needed

Posting Options

Configure for each Page:

  • Auto-post new articles - On/off
  • Post template - Default format
  • Include featured image - Yes/no
  • Posting times - When to publish

Troubleshooting

Page not appearing

  • Confirm you have admin access
  • Check that the Page is published
  • Reconnect your Facebook account

Posts failing

  • Review Facebook's content policies
  • Check for API errors in the queue
  • Ensure Page permissions are current
