CMS Integrations Overview

Connecting a CMS lets ScaleBlogger publish finished articles straight to your site, keep the published library in sync and report on live performance.

Supported platforms

You can connect WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, HubSpot, Medium, Contentful, Strapi, or any other system through the Custom API connector. Add a connection from your website's CMS connections screen, pick the platform, name the connection and provide its credentials. For WordPress, ScaleBlogger can detect the site from a URL containing /wp-json/ or wp-admin and can load the site's categories and authors so drafts publish to the right place.

The Custom API option covers headless and in-house systems: point ScaleBlogger at your endpoint, choose the HTTP method, and map the payload to your schema.

Publishing workflow

  1. An article is generated and reviewed in the pipeline.
  2. Once approved (and scheduled, if you use the calendar), it publishes to the connected CMS.
  3. The Published Library (/content-studio/published) lists everything that went live, and performance flows into the Analyze area.

Syndication

Beyond your own CMS, Settings → Syndication (/settings/syndication) cross-posts published articles to external platforms — Medium, Dev.to, LinkedIn and Hashnode — always with a canonical URL back to the original so you do not compete with yourself in search. Each target can be enabled or disabled independently, and recent cross-posting activity is listed on the same screen.

Links in published content

External links added to generated articles follow the workspace external-linking rules: enabled or not, minimum and maximum links per article, a maximum per section, a minimum authority score (60 by default), the rel policy and preferred or blocked domains.
