Connect ScaleBlogger to WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, and other content management systems.

ScaleBlogger integrates with popular content management systems to publish your content directly to your website.

Supported Platforms

  • WordPress: Full integration via REST API with Application Passwords
  • Ghost: API integration using Admin API keys
  • Webflow: Direct publishing to Webflow CMS collections
  • Shopify: Blog publishing for e-commerce stores
  • Wix: Blog publishing via Wix API
  • Squarespace: API integration for Squarespace blogs
  • HubSpot: Blog publishing via Private App access tokens
  • Medium: Publishing to personal profiles or publications
  • Contentful: Headless CMS integration with Content Management API
  • Strapi: Self-hosted headless CMS integration
  • Custom API: Connect any platform that has a REST API

Setting Up WordPress

  1. Go to Dashboard → CMS Connections
  2. Click Add Connection and select WordPress
  3. Enter your WordPress site URL
  4. Enter your WordPress username
  5. Create an Application Password in WordPress (Users → Profile → Application Passwords)
  6. Enter the application password
  7. Click Test & Continue

Setting Up Ghost

  1. Go to your Ghost admin → Settings → Integrations
  2. Click Add custom integration and name it "ScaleBlogger"
  3. Copy the Admin API Key (format: id:secret)
  4. In ScaleBlogger, add a Ghost connection and paste the Admin API Key

Publishing Workflow

Once connected, you can publish directly from ScaleBlogger or schedule posts to go live at specific times. Categories, tags, and featured images are synced automatically where supported.

Publishing Defaults (Step 2)

After testing your connection, you will configure publishing defaults:

  • Default Category: The category to assign to published articles
  • Default Author: The author name or username for published posts
  • Default Tags: Comma-separated tags applied to all posts
  • Auto-publish: When enabled, articles are published automatically when ready (synced with Autopilot settings)
  • Auto-create Categories: Automatically creates CMS categories from your topic clusters
