AI Search Hub & AI Visibility

Monitor how your brand appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews with the AI Search Hub and AI Visibility pages.

AI Search Hub & AI Visibility

AI assistants are becoming a search channel of their own. ScaleBlogger's AI Search area tracks how often your brand is mentioned and your pages are cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Google Gemini, and Grok — and turns that into an actionable score.

Where to find it

Open the AI Search area in the sidebar. It is organised into three groups:

  • Monitor — AI Search Hub, AI Visibility
  • Insights — Citation Trends, Competitor Citations, Content Recommendations
  • Optimize — GEO/AEO, LLM.txt

AI Search Hub

The Hub is the unified dashboard for one selected website. At the top it shows four metrics:

  • AI Visibility — your overall visibility score out of 100
  • Avg GEO Score — average AI-readiness score across scored articles
  • Article Citations — how many times your articles were cited, and across how many articles
  • Brand Mentions — how many monitored queries mentioned your brand

Below the metrics you get platform visibility, GEO score distribution, top cited articles, recent citations, citation trends, content recommendations, visibility score history, and a competitor citations summary. Each block links through to its full page.

How the visibility score works

Every scan queries the AI platforms with your monitored queries and records whether your brand is mentioned, whether your domain is cited as a source, the position in the answer, and the sentiment. The score combines mention rate (60%) and citation rate (40%):

ScoreLabel
60–100Strong
30–59Moderate
0–29Low

Scans and cadence

Scans run weekly for every eligible plan. On the AI Visibility page you can switch the cadence to Daily, which is included on Enterprise or available through the Daily AI Scans add-on.

To refresh sooner, use Run Scan Now on the AI Search Hub. Manual scans are limited to one per website every 24 hours, and a new scan cannot start while one is already running. The Hub shows the last scan time and a badge while a scan is in progress.

Monitored queries

The Monitored Queries card on the AI Visibility page lists the searches being tracked. You can:

  • Add your own query (for example “best CRM for small businesses”, up to 200 characters)
  • Remove a query you no longer want tracked — historical results are kept, and you can add it back later

If you add none, queries are auto-generated from your content keywords on the next scan.

What the AI Visibility page shows

  • Summary stats — overall score, brand mentions, domain citations, queries monitored
  • Platform scores — a 0–100 score per platform with mention and citation rates
  • Score history — overall score per scan period with the change versus the previous period
  • Share of voice — how often your domain is the cited source versus competitors, overall and per platform
  • Recent check results — per-query results with platform, position rank, sentiment, and the cited URL
  • Most cited pages — your URLs cited most often by AI engines

Acting on the insights

  1. Start with Improve Your Citations on the Hub — run the citation gap analysis on an article to see why it is not being cited and get prioritised rewrite suggestions.
  2. Apply a suggestion (statistics, FAQ blocks, expert quotes, structured data, freshness) so the article is rewritten, re-scored, and re-published.
  3. Raise GEO scores on the GEO/AEO page — better structured data, direct answers, and source attribution make citations more likely.
  4. Check Competitor Citations to see which domains are winning the answers you want.

AI Visibility Report

At the bottom of the Hub, Generate Report creates a branded HTML report containing your overall and per-platform scores, top cited articles, top competitor domains, and the number of pending improvement suggestions. It uses your agency white-label settings (name, logo, colors) and is stored with your reports so you can share it with clients or stakeholders.

Plan requirements

AI Search Hub, AI Visibility, on-demand scans, GEO/AEO, LLM.txt, Citation Trends, Competitor Citations, and Content Recommendations all require the Business plan or higher (Business, Agency/Scale, Enterprise). Daily scan cadence requires Enterprise or the Daily AI Scans add-on.
