Agency Clients, Reports & Command Center
Link client websites, track credits, generate and deliver white-label reports, run bulk operations, and use the team-level Agency Command Center.
Agency Clients, Reports & Command Center
The Agency module turns ScaleBlogger into a multi-client workspace: you link each client to one of your websites, track credits and output per client, and deliver white-label reports.
Who can use it
Agency features are available on the Agency, Scale, and Enterprise plans. If you are on a lower plan the Agency section is hidden from the sidebar.

Clients
Add Client links one of your websites to a client record with a client name (required), email, company, a credit allocation, and an auto-email reports toggle. A website that is already assigned to a client no longer appears in the picker.
The dashboard summarises Active Clients, Websites Managed, Total Articles, and Credits Used against the total allocated, plus average quality score, social posts, clients active this week, and pending reports. A per-client activity bar shows how much of each client's credit allocation has been consumed, and you can search clients by name, company, or URL.
Reports
Reports are generated from an individual client page and then collected on /agency/reports, which lists every report across clients with its client, period, creation date, and status: Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed.
Once a report is completed you can:
- View it as rendered HTML in a new tab.
- Share — copy the public share link (it uses your custom report domain when one is configured).
- Send or Resend it by email. This needs the client to have an email address and the report to have a share token; the button tooltip shows when and to whom it was last sent.
- Download it when a download URL exists.
Client emails are sent from your website's own verified sending domain rather than a platform address. Turning on auto-email reports for a client automatically emails each report when it reaches "completed"; it is off by default, so existing clients keep the manual share behaviour until you opt in. Every delivery stamps the send time and recipient on the report, so a resend is always deliberate.
White-label settings
Agency Settings controls how clients see your reports and portal: agency name and white-label name, logo, footer text, brand colors, favicon and report cover image, a "hide Powered by branding" switch, custom email header/footer HTML, custom CSS, and a custom domain such as reports.youragency.com for share links.
Bulk Operations
Bulk Operations lets you select several clients at once and run one action across them — generate content, schedule social posts, or export reports — with a selection summary before you commit.
Agency Command Center
The Command Center is the team view of your clients and lives at /outcomes/agency. It requires you to be in a team; if you are not, it prompts you to create one. Each client website gets a card showing its open opportunities count, its autonomy summary (defaulting to "suggest"), and recent wins and receipts per channel.
From a card you can queue a personalized weekly digest to a client email address. A white-label switch on the page hides ScaleBlogger branding in those client-facing digests.
